Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering on https://skillaria.top and ticking the corresponding box in the registration form, I freely and in my own interest give consent to the operator — Онлайн-школа Skillaria.Top (tax ID [not specified], address: [not specified]) — to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal data

Name, email address, password (as a hash), interface language, payment and subscription details (amount, payment ID, promo codes), learning data (progress, test and interview answers, questions to the tutor and mentor, certificates, points), notification settings and log, device push subscription data (if I allow it), technical data (IP address, browser details, cookies).

2. Purposes

• registration and identification on the site, access to courses under the subscription;
• tracking learning progress, reviewing tasks and interviews, issuing certificates;
• sending service notifications and learning reminders (email, push);
• processing payments and meeting legal obligations;
• site security and service improvement.

3. Operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to the parties listed in section 4, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automated means.

4. Third parties

Personal data may be shared with the hosting provider (site hosting and email delivery) and payment processors to the extent required for these purposes. Texts of questions to the AI tutor and interview answers are processed by external AI services without name or email; explicit contact details (email, phone, card number) are masked automatically before sending. I undertake not to include personal data in these texts.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. I may withdraw it by writing to info@skillaria.top. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except data that must be kept by law (such as payment records).
